Tsukasa ordering system is an app developed by EKbana for the Tsukasa company in Japan. Tsukasa is a vegetable selling company that provides different stores (clients) with vegetable products ordered by their many client stores.
About the Tsukasa Ordering System
Tsukasa wanted a digital solution to an old manual ordering and delivery system, so they approached us as a technology partner. We were able to provide Tsukasa with two iOS and Android apps and a delivery CMS which could provide an ordering and delivery tracking system for their clients to use. The Tsukasa ordering system was created with the clients in mind and to make it easier for their clients(stores) to make the required order and the delivery service to deliver Tsukasa’s product.
When the stores select the products that they require, it gets added to their favorite list. The users are also able to sort and filter products according to their demand. Once the stores confirm their order it gets sent to the delivery CMS controlled by the Tsukasa admin, who then will process the order and assign the delivery to a driver who has the delivery app. The driver can then use the delivery app to see his delivery cycle for the day.

The system of digitally receiving orders allowed for the Tsukasa company to create an automatic system where orders were processed, packaged and sent to the appropriate vendors. This automation creates efficiency compared to ordering system of old, which in turn provides for faster delivery systems while making it easy for their stores to create an order and have it fulfilled. The delivery app allows the drivers to automatically receive their assignment for the day, with proprietary tracking technology produced by EKbana Tsukasa are able to track their location of their drivers along with the locations of delivery.
